Job Description
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) conducts functional behavioral assessments and provides behavior analytic interpretations. They design and supervise behavioral analytic interventions, develop and implement assessment and intervention methods, and teach others behavioral analysis techniques. BCBAs supervise ABA therapists on their teams and provide consultation within schools.
Requirements
- Basic Qualifications: Master's degree in psychology, special education, or related field
- Active BCBA Certification
- LBS Licensure (PA)
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
- 2+ years of experience working with children on the Autism spectrum
