First Abu Dhabi Bank is seeking a Sales Executive to achieve or exceed agreed core product sales targets, build new customer base, and promote sales of Core Product in assigned areas. The role requires good convincing and negotiating skills, effective business relationships, and adherence to the bank's code of conduct and ethics.
Requirements
- Achieve or exceed agreed core product sales targets
- Build new customer base for FAB
- Promote sales of Core Product in assigned areas
- Build and maintain effective business relationships with customers
- Assist in conducting promotional activities, meetings, and road shows
- Ensure submitted customer applications and documentations are complete and error-free
- Provide sales MIS to line manager/Area Head on regular basis
- Provide ongoing customer/market feedback to line manager/area head
- Provide Sales DSR to Sales Manager on Regular Basis
- Maintain high level of customer service while handling business proceedings
- Adhere to code of conduct & ethics while performing required duties
- Capitalize on-cross selling opportunities
- Perform duties of Team Leader in absence if assigned
- Recommend customer applications which are considered good credit risk and as per FAB policy
- Be aware of competition and suggest changes for product improvements
- Maintain effective business relationships with all branches and internal departments
- Ensure routine problems and complaints are handled professionally
- Be vigilant on identifying fraudulent activities/unethical incidents while handling business requirements
- Maintain Effective Relationships with team mates and supervisors
- Ensure product information shared with customer is accurate
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Service Standards of the bank
