Job Description
Firesprite is seeking a talented Lead Lighting Artist to join their team. This role involves overseeing all aspects of lighting production, collaborating with other teams, and inspiring a passion for immersive gameplay. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of game lighting and excels at teamwork and project management.
Requirements
- Experience shipping multiple projects on major platforms
- Portfolio showcasing expert grasp of creating compelling visuals
- Experience in production management processes
- Excellent understanding of Physically Based Rendering pipeline
- Expert proficiency in game engine (Unreal Engine 4 or 5) and tools
- Understanding of fundamentals of light, colour, and composition
- Strong collaborative skills and self-motivation
- Experience with mentoring and skills development
