The FinTech Operations Specialist will be responsible for implementing and supporting FinQuery's product suite for new and existing users, acting as the technical and operational bridge between clients and software.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of lease accounting guidelines (ASC 842, IFRS 16, GASB 87, and GASB 96)
- Understanding of contract lifecycle management concepts and accounting treatment for prepaids and accruals
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Advanced customer service skills
- Proficient with Salesforce, MS Office, and G-Suite
