Job Description
As a Customer Success Manager II at FinQuery, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring high satisfaction and driving expansion. This role involves proactive account management, identifying customer needs, managing renewals, and advocating for customers within FinQuery’s product roadmap. The Customer Success Manager II will also be responsible for data analysis, customer feedback, and customer advocacy.
Requirements
- 3-4 years customer success or account management experience in SaaS or software company
- Experience in creating success plans and utilizing data to identify customer health
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Analytical and goal-oriented mindset
