Requirements

• Collaborate with Mine Planning teams to influence short and mid-range plans
• Ensure safety compliance and integrate risk mitigation strategies into mine designs
• Leverage advanced planning tools to optimize ore sequencing, equipment utilization, and waste management
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend plan adjustments
• Partner with Mine Engineering to enhance autonomous fleet design standards and integration
• Integrate with production, maintenance, and reliability teams to identify and implement operational improvements
• Share expertise with the customer's Mining Automation team to optimize systems like MineStar
• Stay current with industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the team
• Champion safety across all aspects of planning and operations
