SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Lorain, OH. We're a mission-driven, clinician-led company focused on ethical care and meaningful outcomes—not investor pressure.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• A passion for helping children grow and succeed
• Reliable transportation to client homes in Lorain
