You will be responsible for the recruitment process, communication, and planning with applicants, and support various projects in People & Culture. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or communication science, and a strong understanding of People & Culture principles.
Requirements
- Currently studying for a bachelor's or master's degree
- HR, psychology, business administration, or communication science focus
- 15 hours per week on site in Munich
- Clear, appreciative, and target group-oriented communication in German and English
- Ability to work independently and think creatively
