Internal Whistleblowing Investigator - lead and/or support high quality internal investigations, preserving confidentiality and the anonymity of the whistleblower, to help to maintain trust and integrity across the organisation.
Requirements
- Proven experience of conducting internal investigations or internal audit assurance reviews against agreed standards, timescales, and budgets
- Prior experience in investigating, assessing and analysing information from a range of different sources
- Experience handling confidential, complex, and sensitive information in a corporate environment
- Proven project management skills, including the ability to apply project management disciplines in the delivery of investigations on time and budget in accordance with methodologies
- Constructively evaluate and follow issues through while also having resilience to deal with setbacks
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- The ability to influence, actively listen and work collaboratively as part of a team, with experience of leading small teams and providing support to junior staff
- The ability to develop strong working relationships and communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
