Project/Construction Manager

The Project / Construction Management Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of hotel and resort construction projects, managing the planning, design coordination, construction, and turnover phases to ensure timely, cost-efficient, and high-quality delivery in alignment with hospitality brand and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• Licensed Engineer or Architect
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction management, with at least 3-5 years focused on hotel and resort developments
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and/or SmartSheet
• Experience coordinating with international hotel operators and design consultants preferred
