Job Description
Figma is seeking an experienced Product Manager to define and own the strategy for adopting and scaling AI internal tooling. This role involves partnering with IT, Business Systems, Security, and Engineering teams to evaluate, integrate, and scale AI solutions for the core internal technology stack. The ideal candidate will have deep technical and business systems expertise to shape AI solutions for internal employees.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or systems ownership
- Proven track record shipping and iterating on AI features
- Strong technical fluency in business systems, integrations, and enterprise IT platforms
- Broad understanding of LLMs and AI-enabled enterprise systems
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity
