Join Hilti Fieldwire, Inc.'s affiliate as a Customer Operations Specialist and deliver high-quality operational tasks with attention to detail. Work closely with the Customer Operations Team to optimize processes and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business (administration), data science and/or analytics, economics, computer science, engineering/technology, statistics, math, or equivalent fields
- 2+ years experience in a Customer support or Operational support role ideally in a B2B SaaS company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Practiced organizational acumen and attention to detail
- Well-practiced at efficient time management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working on a remote team and/or globally distributed team
