Tooling Associate

FieldCore is seeking an organized and proactive Tooling Associate to join their Tooling Team based in Italy. The role involves assembling, inspecting, organizing and dispatching toolkits, ensuring the correct tools are available for field projects. It's an entry-level position offering on-the-job training in a hands-on warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across warehouse and toolkit operations
• Coordinate, label, inspect, and package tools for field project deployment
• Perform quality control checks to ensure all kits meet project requirements
• Inventory, clean, and relabel returned kits for reuse
• Identify and report missing, damaged, or non-functional tools
• Support tool calibration and documentation processes
• Utilize forklift and container lifts to safely move equipment (if certified)
• Adhere to all company, safety, and regulatory guidelines and procedures
