Job Description
Field Nation is seeking a Software Engineering (Technical Product) Manager - Integrations & API to lead and develop a high-performing engineering team to build next-generation public APIs and connectors. The successful candidate will own the integration strategy, lead and mentor a team of software engineers, and drive technical execution.
Requirements
- Hybrid leadership experience: 3+ years of engineering management experience
- Deep API knowledge: extensive experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, authentication standards (OAuth), and integration patterns
- Strategic mindset: ability to look at a list of potential integrations and use data and strategy to determine the most revenue-driven and retention-driven integrations
- Customer empathy: understanding of the importance of solving workflow problems through integrations
