Job Description
Field Nation is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions, manage platform governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role requires 2+ years of progressive experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on declarative architecture, automation, and scalability.
Requirements
- 2+ years of progressive experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) preferred
- Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce data model, governance limits, and best practices for system scalability
- Previous experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud required
- Knowledge of complementary Revenue Operations tools (e.g., Conga products) preferred
