The Vice President, Credit Alternatives Investment Services will play a critical leadership role for the front-office activities associated with Fidelity's suite of Credit Alternative products, including Fidelity's Direct Lending, private Real Estate, and other private credit investment products.
Requirements
- 0-15 years of investment operations experience
- Prior experience with bank debt, private credit and financing operations
- BA / BS degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Outstanding organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proven track record to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proven success in running complex operational workflows in a multifaceted and growing business
- A deep understanding of Fidelity's investment and operational support infrastructure and a solid understanding of the private credit markets
- Experience in leading all aspects of teams / functions that support private credit markets
- Strong accounting and operations leadership skills, with a compliance or risk management background
- Detailed knowledge of Fidelity's front, middle and back-office infrastructure
- Strong leadership and people management experience
- High level of comfort engaging with senior leaders and external partners
- Ability to work across business units, with peers and leadership to achieve department objectives
