The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all field, partner, customer, and community events that build brand awareness, generate high-quality pipeline, and deepen engagement with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing audiences.
Requirements
- 4+ years of field or event marketing experience in a B2B or high-growth tech environment
- Proven success managing trade shows, user conferences, roadshows, or community events end-to-end
- Hands-on experience managing SWAG programs or physical brand assets
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting Sales and GTM motions; familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
