Job Description
FHI 360 is seeking a Senior Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Specialist to provide technical support for the STRengthening Infectious Disease DEtection Systems (STRIDES) project in Uganda. The Specialist will be responsible for developing and updating the performance management plan, tracking implementation progress, and advising the team on priority actions for achieving results.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in public health, epidemiology, biostatistics or its International Equivalent or a Related Field
- 6+ years of relevant experience in strategic information, monitoring, evaluation and learning
- Knowledge and experience of the health information systems of Uganda
- Proficiency in dashboard development, data management and analytic software
