Job Description
The Senior M&E/SI Technical Officer will be responsible for providing technical leadership in all monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) components of the EpiC GHS project in Indonesia. The officer will develop, implement and manage the EpiC MEL strategies and annual plans, including indicator target setting, project monitoring and data quality audits, continual quality improvement, operational research and surveillance.
Requirements
- Degree in statistics/biostatistics, mathematic, public health, epidemiology, evaluation science or other related fields required
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, with demonstrated M&E/SI experience in health
- Proven capacity to ensure data quality and M&E rigor
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with national and subnational government representatives, communities, civil society, and other stakeholders
