Job Description
The Technical Assistance (TA) aims to strengthen the institutional and operational capacities of the Malagasy education system to ensure the effective, transparent, and equitable implementation of the Education Fund (FCE). The project aims to transform this financial mechanism into a governance, performance, and learning improvement lever at all levels of the system.
