Job Description
MVR Guidelines technicians install, service, and troubleshoot telephone, security, video, and internet systems for residential and commercial customers. They must complete installations, maintain tools, and communicate effectively with dispatch. This is an in-person position with no remote work options and requires constant travel within the United States.
Requirements
- Install residential/commercial video, HSI, CDV, HSD installation knowledge (training provided).
- Strong customer service, time management and communications abilities.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot CATV technical difficulties.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot CATV technical difficulties.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle.
- Safe work practices and adherence to OSHA regulations.
