Head of AI Advisory

FGS Global is seeking a visionary leader to establish and drive our AI Advisory offering. This leader will be responsible for building a world-class advisory offering that helps clients in communications and adjacent functions adopt, integrate, and optimize AI, data, and analytics into their daily operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in management consulting, digital transformation, or a related field, with a focus on AI, analytics, or technology-enabled change.
• Demonstrated success leading complex AI or data-driven transformation projects within large organizations.
• Expertise in learning and development, organizational design, and change management best practices.
• Strong background in AI ethics, governance, and regulatory considerations.
• Working knowledge of AI-powered marketing, communications, or stakeholder engagement tools and platforms.
• Exceptional client advisory, communication, and relationship-building skills; trusted advisor to senior executives.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building new offerings or practices in a professional services environment.
• Advanced degree in business, technology, communications, or related field preferred.
