We are seeking a Performance/Youth Soccer Strength and Conditioning Coach to help young soccer players develop the physical attributes and skills necessary to excel in the sport while minimizing the risk of injuries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Performance, or a related field(Master’s preferred)
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), NASM-PES, or equivalent nationally recognized certification
- Experience working with youth athletes, preferably in a soccer or team sport environment
- Strong understanding of youth physical development principles, including growth and maturation considerations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekendsaccording to the club’s training and competition schedule
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection standards; must pass background checks and complete required training
