Production Director - (LBE) Immersive Exhibitions & Kids Attractions

Fever is looking for a Production Director to lead the planning, execution, and operational excellence of immersive exhibitions and kids-focused attractions worldwide. The role requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget.

Requirements

• 10+ years of production leadership in Location Based Entertainment
• Successful track record of production management of live events, immersive experiences, and/or permanent attractions
• Proven success managing multi-region projects from concept to delivery
• Strong knowledge of technical production, fabrication, installation, and safety compliance
• Experience in vendor negotiations, managing production budgets, and handling permitting, rules, and regulations
• Ability to balance creative vision with operational feasibility
• Strong leadership and team-building skills; proven ability to mentor and motivate cross-cultural teams
• Professional fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally and work across time zones
