Growth Strategy Senior Analyst (Madrid based)

Fever is a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. They're looking for a Growth Strategy Senior Analyst to contribute to the growth and development of one of their key markets, focusing on strategy, analytics, and business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in Maths, Statistics, Data analytics, or Strategy
• At least 3 years of experience in a business analytics role
• High level of English is required, Spanish is a plus
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage
• Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders while working effectively across teams, disciplines, and business cases
• Understanding any coding language is preferred (SQL, R, Python...)
• Proactive problem-solver and an opportunity-seeker
