Requirements
- Planning, filming, and editing social-first content
- Writing engaging, on-brand copy for social media channels
- Collaborating with internal teams to brainstorm content ideas
- Coordinating with internal departments and external partners to fulfill content needs
- Creating content guidelines and playbooks
- Supporting social media strategy through competitor research and content performance analysis
- Assisting strategists by researching trends and proposing innovative content formats
- Using internal tools to monitor, track, and analyze content performance
- Producing regular reports on KPIs and campaign effectiveness
- Monitoring feedback and online reviews
- Building and nurturing relationships with our audience, partners, influencers, and industry professionals
