Job Description
Festo is seeking a motivated Automation Sales Engineer to drive customer development and manage a portfolio from acquisition to retention. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, increasing market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction, primarily through virtual channels and digital tools. This is a permanent position within an independent family business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical) preferred.
- 1–4 years of relevant sales or technical experience, ideally in pneumatics/electrical automation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Fluent in English and local language; proficient in MS Office and SAP.
