Join the Festival Foods team as a Grocery Stocker! As a Grocery Clerk, your role is to stock groceries, assist guests, and maintain a clean and organized store. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment and make a difference by providing excellent guest service and helping guests find what they need.
Requirements
- Provide Helpful Service: Providing excellent guest service is at the heart of what we do.
- Stock & Display: Be part of the team stocking our aisles.
- Offer Assistance: Help guests locate products on and off the sales floor.
- Receiving & Inventory Support: Unload deliveries, organize stock, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Grocery Department Manager and collaborate with Grocery associate team to meet goals.
- Clean & Organize: Contribute to keeping the department clean, sanitized, tidy, and well-maintained as needed.
- Problem-Solving: Address guest concerns with care and professionalism.
- Meet Goals: Ensure shelves are fully stocked by designated times.
- Honor Commitments: Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
- Support the Team: Other duties as assigned.
