Join the Festival Foods Team as a Part-Time Deli Clerk! Provide Helpful Service, Guest Assistance, Order Fulfillment, Customer Service, Quality Control, Inventory Management, Food Safety, and Efficiency. Requirements

• Customer Focus: Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with guests and all personnel.
• Communication Skills: Good oral and written communication skills.
• Effective Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly assess and resolve issues in a dynamic and stressful work environment, while supporting team members.
• Safety Awareness: Comprehensive understanding of safety requirements and company safety policies, including proper training on slicers, lifting techniques, trash compactors, and balers.
• Food Knowledge: Knowledge of the retail food business, perishable department operations, and merchandising skills, with the ability to make timely and effective decisions.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
• Full range of upper body motion.
• Ability to work at a fast pace.
• May be exposed to extreme temperatures.
