Financial Analyst

Ferryscanner is a fast-growing international travel tech company specializing in finding affordable ferry tickets. They are seeking a Financial Analyst to leverage data to drive strategic decision-making, improve performance, and shape the company’s future. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and reporting financial data to support growth.

Requirements

• Collect and validate financial and operational data from different sources
• Create and maintain regular and ad-hoc performance reports
• Build financial and operational models to assess initiatives, forecast revenue, and support planning
• Track and analyze key metrics such as P&L, cash flow, ROI, and budget vs. actuals
• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Work with other teams to design dashboards and improve reporting tools
• Turn data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership
• Support budgeting and forecasting with data-driven analysis and scenario modeling
• Partner with Accounting during month-end closings to ensure accurate reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
