Customer Service Specialist Part-Time

Ferrellgas is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound communications. The role involves working with internal and external customers to ensure a high-quality customer service experience and foster growth.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 or more year(s) of customer service experience
• Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills with typing and data entry experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Access
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
