Ferrellgas is looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound communications. The incumbent will work with internal and external customers to ensure a high-quality customer service experience and foster growth.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more year(s) of customer service experience
- Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills with typing and data entry experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Access
- Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
