Peer Facilitator

This peer facilitator position at Fenway Health centers on supporting the Behavioral Sciences Research Program with clinical trial implementation. The role involves delivering curriculum, preparing materials, and attending team meetings. The position is part-time, funded by the Grant, and subject to study-dependent potential transition. Focus is on ensuring sensitivity and addressing concerns related to sexual violence, domestic violence, and mental health.

Requirements

• Experience with group facilitation, or willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with sexual health topics, or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work harmoniously and effectively with diverse populations.
• Willingness to contribute to Fenway's anti-racist and inclusive culture.
• Comfort discussing sensitive topics.
• Comfortable speaking to groups.
