The role encompasses imports, customs clearance, warehouse management, distribution, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, import/export operations, or global supply chain management, with a college degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
Requirements
- College degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, import/export operations, or global supply chain management
- Demonstrated knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs compliance, and import documentation requirements
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with experience coordinating with 3PL partners and resolving complex logistics challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and external partners while maintaining attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
