Fender Musical Instruments Corporation is seeking an Assistant Social Media Manager based in Shanghai to drive growth for Fender China social media and rejuvenate the player community with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- A guitar player with strong understanding of Fender Brand, Fender Products and Chinese music community;
- Bachelor’s degree, major in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred;
- 3+ years’ experience in related field with a successful and proven track record;
- Savvy with current and emerging digital tools, technologies and social platforms (Weibo, Wechat, Bilibili,Douyin, RedNote as well as international social media);
- Strong Internet sense, sophisticated copywriting skills and demonstrable creative/concept skill;
- Experiences working with campaigns within timelines and budgets.
- Comfortable working within an international organization and able to influence for positive outcomes
- Proficient in Office tools, include but not limit to Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Premier etc.
