Job Description
Fello is seeking a Lead Behavioral Health Clinician to provide leadership and coaching to a team of licensed clinicians and manage the operations of Behavioral Health Counseling Suites. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in behavioral supports for people with disabilities and experience managing licensed clinicians.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience providing behavioral supports for people with disabilities
- 2+ years providing management and coaching to licensed clinicians
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or another related field
- LCPC or LCSW-C license
- Ability to drive and access to reliable transportation
