Senior Growth Manager, Acquisition

Felix is Canada’s first end-to-end platform providing on-demand treatment for everyday health. We're looking for a Senior Growth Manager to help us accelerate growth and build a truly iconic Canadian brand.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related role
• Deep experience in digital advertising (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with CRO tools and A/B testing methodologies
• Experience working in a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) online brand or startup environment
