Job Description
Félix is building a financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S., and we're looking for a Growth Graphic Designer to create content for our paid media campaigns. The role blends creativity with data-driven decision making, and you'll be responsible for generating static and video assets that drive customer acquisition across various platforms.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience creating content for paid media, growth marketing, and/or performance advertising
- Strong portfolio demonstrating static design and short-form video editing skills
- Hands-on expertise with design and video editing tools -Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), CapCut, Figma, or similar tools-
- Deep understanding of what drives performance on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other advertising platforms
