AI Engineer (Agents)

Félix is a hyper-growth fintech company building a financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S. We're seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and scale autonomous AI Agents for our WhatsApp-based AI platform.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering
• Experience in building and deploying production-grade AI/ML applications
• Mandatory expertise in Python
• Deep familiarity with LLM APIs and frameworks
• Agentic System Knowledge
• Engineering Fundamentals
• Strong understanding of software development best practices
