Requirements
- Own the visual execution of CRM communications (IAMs and email), ensuring clarity, consistency, and brand integrity.
- Design and evolve App Store marketing assets, including Custom Product Pages and In-App Events.
- Translate product updates and lifecycle moments into compelling visual narratives.
- Build and maintain modular templates, design libraries, and scalable systems that improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with your fellow copy writers and partner with Marketing to support launches and recurring campaigns.
- Iterate on creative based on engagement and conversion insights.
- Create web and supporting digital assets aligned with product storytelling.
- Contribute to extending larger brand campaigns into lifecycle and product surfaces.
- Deepen your understanding of lifecycle strategy, retention, and growth design within a mission-driven product.
- Expand your awareness of diverse, niche, and often underrepresented communities — and learn how to design with nuance, respect, and cultural fluency.
- Strengthen your ability to translate complex human experiences into clear, inclusive visual storytelling.
- Gain experience building scalable creative systems that balance brand integrity with operational efficiency.
- Collaborate across disciplines to shape how a culturally progressive brand shows up in intimate, real-world contexts.
