As an IT Care Agent, you will be the first point of contact for internal end-users, providing high-quality support and ensuring the smooth functioning of workplaces. You will combine hands-on technical support with real human interaction, work with modern IT tools, and grow your technical expertise step by step.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, or equivalent experience
- 2–3 years of experience in a Support / Service Desk role
- Proven knowledge of MS Windows, Office 365, Windows OS, Mobile devices (iOS, Android), Active Directory / Entra / ITIL / Exchange Online
- Fluency in Dutch, with a good knowledge of French and English
- Strong customer orientation and service mindset
- Dynamic, proactive and comfortable with direct contact with end-users
- Able to translate technical issues into clear, user-friendly language
- Curious and motivated to gain, over time, a global view of IT operations
