Job Description
The Benefits Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of U.S. employee benefits programs, including health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and absence management policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance or a related field area
- At least 4 years' experience in Human Resources or Financial leadership roles
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in progressively responsible benefit management roles
