Senior Backend Software Engineer

Feathr is a Nonprofit Marketing Platform that helps nonprofits build purposeful connections with their community and grow impact with confidence. We're looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our team and help us grow and maintain our technical components.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience
• 2+ years building distributed software
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools
• Solid knowledge of key data structures and algorithms
• Demonstrated focus on developing and maintaining the security and compliance of enterprise data concerns
• Strong proficiency in writing automated unit tests and integration tests
• Advanced proficiency with Elasticsearch APIs and use cases
• Expertise in MongoDB queries, aggregations, and regular maintenance
• Advanced knowledge of AWS infrastructure and services
