Job Description
FCCI Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to provide strong local presence for our agents and policyholders in the Mid-Atlantic Region. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with agency partners, promoting sales of commercial property and casualty products, and acquiring and retaining profitable accounts.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency partners

- Acquire and retain profitable accounts through sound underwriting principles
- Manage new account selection, pricing, and renewal terms
- Provide direct policyholder service
- Work with agents to set strategic goals through annual planning sessions
