Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-growing venture-backed startup environment
• Proven track record of successfully filling diverse roles from individual contributors to senior leadership
• Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Gem AI, and other recruiting tools
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Data-driven approach to recruiting with experience tracking metrics and optimizing processes
