Requirements

• Sells all products in accordance with company guidelines and TABC.
• Supervises a team of drivers, assistant drivers, and merchandisers.
• Manages routes and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Maintains adequate inventory and reduces out-of-stock.
• Ensures customer needs are met with effective solutions.
• Effective merchandising skills.
• Regularly audits condition of POS and brand representation.
