Senior Expansion Manager (Flanders), Belgium

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant commercial experience, preferably in real estate, site acquisition, or a related field.
• Proven track record of independently managing projects or portfolios, demonstrating sound judgment and professionalism.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Commercial mindset and solid understanding of financial concepts, or the motivation to further develop these skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in French is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with the Belgian market, with experience in the Flanders region
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach and the ability to identify and seize new business opportunities.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Belgium to scout locations and connect with partners.
• Collaborative spirit and eagerness to contribute to a learning environment.
• Strong motivation to accelerate the energy transition and make a positive impact.
