Kommersiell avgift- och hyresförvaltare

We are looking for a Commercial Fee and Rent Manager to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a commercial fee and rent manager, you will be responsible for administering rents and fees, registering local contracts, and renting out garages and parking spaces for our customers. You will have a large dose of customer contact and will be part of a team of 20 people.

Requirements

• Education in economics or property management with an economic focus
• Experience of a customer-facing role within the commercial property segment
• Good knowledge of commercial rental agreements
• Experience from interpreting boundary lists, rent supplements, and index models
