Training Coordinator

Fast Enterprises is seeking a Training Coordinator to join their project implementation teams. This role will focus on ensuring end-users are fully prepared to use FAST’s software through coordinating training programs, utilizing a train-the-trainer approach, and creating training materials. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, and a passion for education and technical training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Instructional/Curriculum Design, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (technical training or experience in other fields will be considered).
• 3.0 minimum GPA.
• Ability to absorb complex technical information and present it in an easy-to-understand format.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Personal qualities of integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in managing projects, organizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
