People & Culture Coordinator

The People & Culture Coordinator will support the HR department in delivering exceptional employee services and maintaining operational efficiency in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. The role will manage various HR administrative functions, including responding to employee inquiries, processing access requests, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably within a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements, including I-9 verification and LOA policies
